User Agreement

I. Introduction

Welcome to use the Livenon platform (hereinafter referred to as “this platform”)! This agreement is a legal document entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “user”) and the operating entity of Livenon (hereinafter referred to as “we”) regarding your use of the services of this platform. Please carefully read and understand all the contents of this agreement before using the services of this platform, especially the clauses involving your significant rights and interests (including but not limited to liability exemption or limitation clauses, dispute resolution clauses, etc.). Your ticking “agree” to this agreement or actual use of the platform’s services shall be deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.
 

II. Definitions

Livenon Platform: refers to the online platform operated by us that provides users with information display, communication and interaction, commodity trading, service booking and other functions through the Internet, including but not limited to official websites, mobile applications, mini-programs, etc.

User: refers to a natural person, legal person or other organization that registers, logs in and uses the services of this platform.

Platform Services: refers to all services provided by us to users through this platform, including but not limited to information release, content browsing, commodity purchase, service reservation, social interaction, data storage, etc.
 

III. Service Content and Usage Rules

(I) Service Content

We provide users with a variety of services, and the specific service content shall be subject to what is actually provided by this platform. We have the right to adjust the service content according to the actual situation, including adding or terminating some services. We will notify users of service adjustments through platform announcements and other means.
 
If users continue to use the services of this platform, it shall be deemed that they agree to the adjusted service content.

Some services may require users to register and log in to their accounts. When registering, users shall provide true, accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to mobile phone number, email address, name, etc. Users shall properly keep their accounts and passwords and shall not lend their accounts to others.
 
 If the account is stolen or abused due to the user’s improper keeping, the user shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
 

(II) Usage Rules

When using the services of this platform, users shall abide by laws and regulations, public order and good morals and the provisions of this agreement, and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
  • Publishing or spreading false, fraudulent, pornographic, violent, terrorist, hateful and other illegal or bad information;
  • Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others such as intellectual property rights, privacy rights and reputation rights;
  • Maliciously attacking and destroying the platform system and interfering with the normal operation of the platform;
  • Using the platform to engage in illegal activities such as illegal transactions, money laundering and pyramid schemes;
  • Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement.
The content published by users (including but not limited to words, pictures, videos, audios, etc.) shall comply with the regulations of this platform. 
 
We have the right to review the content published by users. For content that does not meet the regulations, we have the right to take measures such as deletion, blocking and restriction of display, and shall not bear any responsibility.
 

IV. User Rights and Obligations

(I) User Rights

Users have the right to reasonably use the services provided by this platform and obtain public information on the platform on the premise of abiding by this agreement.

Users have the right to put forward opinions and suggestions on the services of this platform. We will take users’ feedback seriously and make improvements within a reasonable scope.
 

(II) User Obligations

Users shall ensure that the personal information they provide is true, accurate and complete, and update their personal information in a timely manner. Users shall bear all consequences caused by the provision of false or invalid information.

In the process of using the services of this platform, users shall respect the legitimate rights and interests of us and other users and shall not engage in any behavior that damages the interests of others.
 

V. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to the protection of users’ privacy and will collect, use, store and protect users’ personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and the “Livenon Privacy Policy”. Users agree that we will handle their personal information in accordance with this agreement and the “Livenon Privacy Policy”.
 

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of this platform, including but not limited to words, pictures, videos, audios, software, trademarks, domain names, etc., their intellectual property rights belong to us or relevant right holders. Without the written permission of us or relevant right holders, users shall not arbitrarily copy, spread, modify, compile, display or use the above contents in other ways.
The intellectual property rights of the content published by users on this platform (including but not limited to words, pictures, videos, audios, etc.) belong to the users, but the users grant us a worldwide, permanent, free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, compile, spread and display such content for the operation, promotion and other legitimate purposes of this platform.
 

VII. Liability Exemption and Limitation

We try our best to ensure the stability and security of the platform’s services, but we do not guarantee that the services are absolutely reliable. We shall not be liable for any loss caused by the user’s inability to use the platform’s services normally due to force majeure, cyber attacks, virus infection, improper operation by the user, etc., but we will try our best to assist users in solving problems.

When users conduct transactions or interactions with other users in the process of using the platform’s services, they shall judge the reputation and reliability of the other party by themselves and bear the risks arising therefrom. We shall not be liable for transaction disputes, infringements, etc. between users.
 

VIII. Agreement Change and Termination

(I) Agreement Change

We have the right to change this agreement according to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments or other reasonable reasons. The changed agreement will be notified to users through platform announcements and other means. Users shall check the agreement changes regularly. If users do not agree with the changed agreement, they shall stop using the platform’s services immediately; if users continue to use the platform’s services, it shall be deemed that they agree with the changed agreement.
 

(II) Agreement Termination

Users have the right to terminate the use of the platform’s services at any time, and shall cancel their accounts when terminating. After the account is cancelled, all data of the user on this platform will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.
If a user violates the provisions of this agreement, we have the right to terminate the provision of services to the user, cancel the user’s account, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability against the user.
 

IX. Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region). If a dispute arises between the two parties in the performance of this agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people’s court with jurisdiction.
 

X. Others

This agreement shall take effect from the date when the user ticks “agree” or actually uses the services of this platform, and shall remain valid until the user terminates the use of the platform’s services or this agreement is terminated. 
 
For matters not covered in this agreement, we may formulate supplementary agreements separately, which have the same legal effect as this agreement.

Livenon accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and TT transfers.

When making a payment, you need to provide a valid billing address and a shipping address in the corresponding country.

Returns & Exchanges

I. Quick Return Eligibility Check

Returnable Items:
Non-customized furniture (no carvings, non-customized sizes);
Within 30 days after receipt (based on the logistics signing date);
Unassembled, undamaged items with intact original packaging, accessories, and invoices.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Customized products, clearance products, or used/damaged furniture.

II. Three-Step Return Application

Reason for Return: Mismatched size/quality issue (optional)

Response Time: You will receive return instructions (including return address and label) within 1-2 working days.

Package and Ship the Item

Packaging Requirements:
Use the original packaging; if lost, reinforce with bubble wrap and cardboard to prevent damage during transportation;
Include the order invoice and return form provided by customer service in the package.

Shipping Method:
If a prepaid label is provided, attach it to the package and drop it off at the designated courier location (e.g., UPS, DHL);
If no label is provided, use a traceable international courier service to ship to the address specified by customer service and keep the tracking number.

Wait for Refund

Inspection Timeline: The merchant will inspect the item within 3-5 working days after receipt;

Refund Policy:
After passing the inspection, the refund will be processed through the original payment method (credit card/PayPal, etc.) within 1-7 days;
For returns due to personal reasons, shipping fees may be deducted (subject to customer service notification).

Tips for Independent Site Returns

Shipping Fee Risks:
Returns related to quality issues: The merchant bears the shipping fee (confirm the reimbursement method with customer service in advance);
Returns due to personal reasons: Self-paid international shipping (may account for 20%-40% of the product price – check the policy before ordering!

Tariff Handling:
For cross-border returns, mark the package as “Return” to avoid double taxation (contact customer service for tax refund guidance).
