Livenon is committed to producing products that are of high quality and durable. For a list of the Livenon Products covered by this Limited Warranty (Covered Products) and the Warranty Period applicable to them, please refer to the What are the Covered Products and applicable Warranty Periods? section, below.
Subject to the conditions and restrictions described in this Limited Warranty, we warrant, to the original purchaser of a Covered Product, that the Covered Product shall be free of defects in both construction materials and workmanship for the applicable Warranty Period.
 
This Limited Warranty covers Covered Products purchased in China only. If you purchased a Livenon Product outside China, your product may be subject to a separate warranty that is applicable in the country you purchased it.
 
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
 

Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the Covered Product directly from Livenon, (b) is located in China, and (c) is using the Covered Product for non-commercial in-home use only. It does not extend to any subsequent owner.
 

What are the Covered Products and applicable Warranty Periods?

Covered Products are any Livenon products described below that have been manufactured and sold to you by Livenon in China, are owned by the original purchaser, are used in residential non-commercial settings only.
During the applicable Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty provides remedies for any Covered Product found to have defects in materials or workmanship (defects introduced during the manufacturing of the Covered Product or any of its component parts that cause the Covered Product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or substantially altered in appearance) when used under normal conditions in a residential setting (“Defective Products”).

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS, CONDITIONS, AND DETAILS (See also What is NOT Covered under this Limited Warranty?)

Subject to the exclusions described herein, the Limited Warranty for Teak Sofas and Chairs covers broken frames, loose joints, cracking and splintering of material and other defects in workmanship and materials that cause the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or that substantially alter the appearance of the piece.
 
Note, however, teak will form cracks during this natural weathering process. Only cracks that are deemed to affect the structural integrity of the item for normal use will be covered by this Limited Warranty.
 
Teak will weather to a silvery gray patina over time, if left untreated. This natural mellowing will not affect the quality or performance of your piece, and is not considered a quality defect.
 
While teak is extremely resistant to damage from extreme weather, it should not be placed directly on organic material for extended periods. Any time wood is in direct contact with dirt or grass it becomes susceptible to exposure to mold, bacteria, and fungus. Regular cleaning, at least 2-3 times per year, will help maintain the wood’s integrity and remove dirt, and any other environmental buildup.
 
NOT COVERED:
  • Minor cosmetic cracks
  • Minor variations in color or texture of finishes
  • Some natural teak oil may transfer to cushions or LivenonShell® covers during every day usage. This is a normal behavior for teak; oil transfer to cushions and LivenonShell® will not be covered by Livenon’s warranty

Subject to the exclusions described herein, the Limited Warranty for Aluminum Sofa and Chairs covers broken frames, loose joints and welds, and excessive fading and cracking of material and other defects in workmanship and materials that cause the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or substantially alter the appearance of the piece, including any excessive peeling or blistering of the finish.
 
NOT COVERED:
  • Minor cosmetic cracks
  • Minor variations in color or texture of finishes

Simple Return Process for Furniture on livenon.com Independent Website
I. Quick Eligibility Check for Return
✅ Eligible for Return:
Non-customized furniture (no engraving, non-custom size);
Within 30 days of receipt (based on logistics sign-off date);
Unassembled, undamaged items with original packaging, accessories, and invoice intact.
❌ Ineligible for Return:
Customized items, clearance products, or used/damaged furniture.

Pack and Ship the Item
Packaging Requirements:
Use original packaging; if lost, reinforce with bubble wrap and cardboard to prevent damage during transit;
Include the order invoice and return form provided by customer service in the package.
Shipping Methods:
If provided with a pre-paid label, affix it to the package and drop off at a designated courier point (e.g., UPS, DHL);
If no label is provided, use a trackable international courier to ship to the address specified by customer service, and retain the tracking number.
Await Refund
Inspection Timeline: The merchant will inspect the item within 3-5 business days after receipt;
Refund Policy:
Upon passing inspection, the refund will be returned via the original payment method (credit card/PayPal, etc.) within 1-7 days;
